Follow the basic steps for iPhone or Android after receiving authorized activation details.
Before installation
Connect to reliable Wi-Fi
Keep the connection active throughout installation.
Open cellular settings
On iPhone choose Add eSIM; on supported Android devices choose Add SIM or Download SIM.
Scan the QR code once
Do not post, forward or repeatedly scan your activation credential.
Label the line and test
Select the intended voice/data line and enable Wi-Fi Calling where supported.
Menus vary by device and software version. Do not delete an installed eSIM unless support instructs you to do so.
